| It is very important to encourage the intellectual interaction between the Palestinian legal academics and the judiciary. This interaction is necessary to develop a professional critique based on an analytical approach of the rendered justice by the Palestinian judiciary. This is known among the legal community by commenting on judgments. Commenting on judgments is not introduced to the Palestinian legal cultures as it is considered as an assault to the judiciary esteem. This is why the project of the CJD project is focusing on introducing the commentary to the legal community, as an academic approach, necessary to strengthen the relation between the judiciary and their counterparts. Commentators are usually law professors, expert lawyers or former judges. |
