Dissemination of Legislation Process and the Official Gazette
The Institute of Law (IoL) held an advisory meeting to discuss the "Dissemination of Legislation the Development of the Official Gazette" on 21 January 2008, in which legal institutions including: Ministry of Justice, Council of Edits and legislation, Palestinian Legislative Council and private institutions have participated.
The meeting aimed to overview the dissemination of legislation process, including the "Official Gazette", highlighting the basic problems and drafting recommendations for institutionalizing the dissemination of legislation and the official gazette.
This meeting is part of the activities of the "Integrity Project", implemented by IoL in cooperation with University of Windsor in Canada.
