In this Report, "BADIL draws attention to the widespread, mass forced displacement of Palestinians by Israel, and the crime of forcible transfer. This devastating crime is inextricably linked to a multitude of fundamental human rights, including the right to life; health; adequate housing; sustenance; freedom of movement, and freedom from discrimination." This Report does not only deal with the forced transfer during the recent Israeli war on Gaza, in summer 2014, but also examines the forcible transfer/relocation of Palestinian Bedouin communities in the West Bank
