The Assassination and Exile from Israeli Crimes against Humanity and the Role of Israeli Courts

At the beginning the speaker presented a historical development about the Israeli crimes committed against Palestinians and humanity, particularly, the assassination crime and the Israeli policy in addition to dealing with such crimes, starting from denying the responsibility to the official declaration about it, particularly, in Alqsa Intifada. The speaker mentioned a lot of assassination cases, and analyzed the role of Israeli government, high court and Israeli military leaders, as well as soldiers that supported these crimes. During the discussion another issues have been discussed such as the mechanisms for preparing the files for each crime (documentation) and the importance of collecting evidences as well as the ways for demanding compensations for any damages, and the need for a public awareness campaign.
